Only international driving permits issued by registered countries and conforming to the model contained in the convention at Geneva are valid in Japan.

International Driving Permit must be shown followings
1. A name of countries registered in the Convention at Geneva 1949.
2. The International Convention relative To road Traffic signed.
3. A name of countries registered in the Convention at Geneva 1949.
4. nternational license is valid for one year from the date of issue.
5. Stamped by authenticated organization

NOTICE
Even though international driving permits issued by the registered countries, they are invalid in Japan if they are conforming to the model of the Convention at Vienna or other Convention.

Translation
Holders of domestic driving license issued in Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy, Belgium and Taiwan, formal authenticated Japanese translation must be required.

若顧客没事先聯絡本公司,而在預定出發時間一小時後仍未到達取車營業所，預約可能會被取消，而且須要支付預約取消費。取消費費率如下所示。若本公司因故取消預約,本公司將支付同額的取消費。預約申請的同一天內取消預約時,將不收取預約取消手續費。

預約取消手續費	乗車日的7日以前	免費	手續費最高額為6,000日元
	乗車日的3日以前	基本價的20%
	乗車日的1日以前	基本價的30%
	乗車日當日	基本價的50%

*休旅用巴士有另外的取消手續費費率
*取消手續費不課消費稅。

若您想在不同的營業所取車與還車，需額外支付異地還車服務費。請向取車營業所或於本公司網站查詢此費用。

The reservation may be cancelled when the customer does not show up without notice more than one hour after the reserved time of rental. The specified cancellation charge is to apply, accordingly. The same amount will be paid by Nippon Rent-A-Car when a reservation is cancelled by Nippon Rent-A-Car and rental agreement is not made. No such charges shall be applied, when reservations are made and cancelled on the same day.

Cancellation Charges	Up to 7 days prior to the date of rental	Free	The maximum charges shall be ¥6,000
	Up to 3 days prior to the date of rental	20% of the basic rates
	Up to the previous day prior to the date of rental	30% of the basic rates
	Date of rental	50% of the basic rates

*A separate cancellation charge applies for buses.
*No tax will be applied to the cancellation fee.

One-way drop-off fee may be charged in addition to rental charge. For the specific fee, please ask at the pick-up rental office or refer to website of Nippon Rent-A-Car.
